Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years old; 2) Outpatient patients who undergo regular colonoscopy for the first time; 3) Capable of signing informed consent forms and willing to participate in this study; 4) The patient has good mental awareness and can cooperate to complete the intervention;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with contraindications for colonoscopy examination; 2) Patients undergoing painless colonoscopy; 3) Simultaneously undergoing endoscopic treatment; 4) Long term use of analgesics; 5) Patients with hearing impairments; 6) Patients with severe mental and psychological disorders, as well as those who are pregnant; 7) Those who are unable to complete the relevant questionnaire or scale; 8) Refuse to participate in the questionnaire of this study. 9) Long term chronic pain patients. 10) Patients with a history of abdominal and pelvic surgery
