Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for pediatric nephrotic syndrome and is in the initial onset; 2. Meets the indications for monotherapy with corticosteroids; 3.Aged between 3 to 14 years; 4.The child's family members or legal guardians are fully informed and voluntarily participate in this study, with a clear understanding of the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with secondary nephrotic syndrome caused by other diseases; 2.Those with severe dysfunction of other organs, such as heart failure, hepato-renal insufficiency, etc.; 3.Those with genetic diseases, congenital diseases, etc.; 4.Those with a history of allergy, contraindications, or refusal to the treatment involved in this study, making it impossible to proceed smoothly; 5. Those with mental disorders or cognitive impairments, unable to respond correctly to external stimuli; 6. Those who have participated in or are currently participating in other clinical trials within the past six months..
