41 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) 40= age =70 years old; (3) The disease course is no more than 6 months; (4) BMI=30kg/m ²; (5) Unilateral hemiplegia and the first onset; (6) The VAS score of the affected shoulder pain is =4 points; (7) No language or visual dysfunction; (8) Informed consent, voluntary participation and ethical approval.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of rotator cuff injury, shoulder fracture, acromial impingment syndrome or other shoulder diseases on the hemiplegic side, or with a history of shoulder joint surgery; (2) Those who have used painkillers within the past two weeks; (3) Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, musculoskeletal system diseases, and severe organ failure, etc. (4) Those with contraindications to acupuncture; (5) Those with abnormal mental states, lacking the ability to act independently and not cooperating with the examination.
