Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in the Chinese Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease (2016 Edition); the diagnostic criteria for constipation refer to the diagnostic criteria for functional constipation in Rome III; the TCM diagnostic criteria refer to the diagnostic points and syndrome differentiation and typing of constipation in Science of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy, the 4th edition of the national TCM industry higher education textbook for the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016). 2.Aged 45–80 years, gender unrestricted. 3.SDS score >52 and =72. 4.Patients receiving anti-Parkinson Western medication must have their medication regimen (including drug dosage) stably implemented for at least 4 weeks before entering the trial phase. 5.Patients with previous oral laxative use must discontinue all existing laxatives for at least 2 weeks before entering the trial phase; constipation prior to the trial may be managed with physical methods. 6.Clear consciousness, capable of self-care or requiring only assistance, willing to cooperate with the study, and able to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with constipation caused by organic diseases of the intestines or the whole body, as well as by drug factors; 2. Those with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and endocrine system disorders, malignant tumors, mental disorders or cognitive impairments, and those with infectious diseases; 3. Those who do not receive acupuncture treatment; 4. Those who are currently participating in other clinical trials.
