Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.emergency admission. 2.Meet diagnosed criteria for STEMI and schedule for PCI. 3.Aged between 30 and 80 years. 4.Willingness to participate in the study and provision of signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with combined Heart valve disease. 2.Patients with a history of intracerebral hemorrhage within =3 months. 3.Patients with admission blood pressure=230/130 mmHg. 4.Patients unable to cooperate with PCI due to alcoholism or cognitive dysfunction. 5.Patients unable to undergo PCI due to contrast agent allergy or other reasons. 6.Patients with skin breakage or infection at the acupuncture site, left radial artery approach, or other conditions unsuitable for acupuncture. 7.Patients with prior experience of electroacupuncture. 8.Patients who are unable to complete the CMR (Cardiac Magnetic Resonance) examination due to a history of claustrophobia, or the presence of implanted pacemakers, metal dental prostheses, or other internal metallic devices. 9. Patients who have undergone surgery within the last 4 weeks and have a risk of bleeding, or patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
