Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the aforementioned CEH diagnostic criteria for diseases in both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as the diagnostic criteria for Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome patterns; (2) Aged 18–60 years, regardless of gender; (3) Have not received any other treatments that may affect the results within 15 days prior to treatment; (4) Are willing to accept and cooperate with acupuncture and gua sha treatments; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study, have carefully read the precautions, and are able to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals who have systematically used glucocorticoids, anticonvulsants, or tricyclic antidepressants within the past month for headaches or other pain conditions; (2) Individuals with congenital disorders or structural abnormalities of the head and neck, or a recent history of trauma to these areas; (3) Individuals with coagulation disorders or those currently taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet medications, as well as those with local skin ; (4) Individuals with severe concomitant primary diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, or hematological system, or psychiatric disorders that may affect treatment or assessment; (5) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study period; (6) Individuals whom the investigator determines to have other conditions rendering them unsuitable for participation in this study.
