Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for individuals at high risk of diabetes mellitus; 2. Aged between 18 and 59 years old; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe cardiac, hepatic or renal diseases, or in the acute exacerbation stage of diseases or acute infection stage; 2. Presence of physical activity disorders or contraindications to exercise; 3. Those whose physical activity patterns have changed significantly in the past 3 months due to trauma, surgery, severe osteoarticular diseases or other reasons; 4. Presence of other conditions unsuitable for participating in regular exercise.
