Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Age range: 45 - 75 years old. Gender not restricted. (2)Individuals diagnosed with coronary heart disease at secondary-level or higher hospitals, including those with hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol; (3)Have signed the informed consent form and are willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Those with an expected lifespan of less than 2 years; (2)patients who experienced severe adverse events such as acute myocardial infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in the past 3 months;(3) patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease or stroke; (4)patients with malignant tumors; (5)pregnant women; (6)active infected individuals;(7) and other situations that the researchers consider unsuitable for participation in this study.
