Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) They met the diagnostic criteria of secretory otitis media and had a medical history within 3 months; 2) It met the diagnostic criteria of secondary tinnitus, and tinnitus occurred after secretory otitis media; 3) Ages between 18 and 60 years; 4) Agree to follow the treatment plan, be able to understand and actively cooperate with acupuncture treatment; 5) Be able to correctly describe their wishes, voluntarily fill in the informed consent form, and agree to participate in clinical subjects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with skin damage and infection within 2cm radius of the needle entry point around the ear and cheek, which are not suitable for acupuncture; 2) Patients with hematopoietic system, heart, kidney, liver and other organic diseases; 3) Space occupying lesions or trauma requiring surgical treatment, external auditory canal occlusion, congenital malformations; 4) Pregnant and lactating women; 5) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month. Those who meet any of the above conditions cannot be enrolled.
