Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Match the diagnostic criteria for Stable Angina Pectoris (According to the 2024 ESC Guidelines for the management of chronic coronary syndromes and the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and management of patients with chronic coronary syndrome); 2.Men or women between 35 and 80 years of age; 3.Presence of angina for more than 3 months with attacks occurring at least twice weekly at baseline; 4.No significant change in the frequency, extent, nature and inducing and alleviation factors of angina attacks during the baseline; 5.Right-handedness; 6.Provided written informed consent by themselves.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of acute coronary syndrome (including acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina), severe arrhythmias (severe atrioventricular block, ventricular tachycardia, heartbeat influencing the flow dynamics in supraventricular tachycardia, frequent heartbeat and premature beat and especially premature ventricular contractions), atrial fibrillation, primary cardiomyopathy and valvular heart disease; 2.Psychiatric, allergic, or blood disorders; 3.Poorly controlled or uncontrolled blood pressure or blood glucose; 4.Other severe primary disease not effectively controlled; 5.Suffered from other chronic pain disorders or having a history of head trauma; 6.Pregnancy or lactation; 7.Received acupuncture treatment or psychiatric drug treatment in the past 3 months; 8.Participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; 9.Acupuncture contraindications (such as coagulation disorders, skin infections); 10.MRI examination contraindications (such as metal implants, claustrophobia).
