Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The following criteria must all be met to be eligible for inclusion in the study: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for TMD; 2. Aged between 18 and 70 years old, and able to cooperate with treatment and examinations; 3. NRS score =3 points prior to enrollment; 4. Voluntarily participates in this clinical trial, commits to completing the entire treatment process, and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any of the following criteria disqualify a patient from inclusion in clinical observation: 1. Patients with mandibular bone abnormalities, such as temporomandibular joint disorders or rheumatoid arthritis; 2. Patients with clearly defined primary conditions causing pain or anxiety/depression that require immediate attention; 3. Patients with other severe systemic diseases, including various generalized diseases and diseases affecting multiple organ systems; 4. Patients who have received any form of analgesic or anti-anxiety/depression treatment within the past two weeks; 5. Patients with mental health disorders; 6. Patients who have undergone any form of TMD treatment in the past month; 7. Patients unable to understand or complete the required questionnaires.
