Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post-stroke dysphagia patients: 1) Patients with stroke confirmed by CT/MRI; 2) Grade =3 on the Kubota Water Swallowing Test, assessed by a professional swallowing rehabilitation therapist and a clinical physician; 3) Aged 18–75 years; 4) Alert and conscious; 5) Normal verbal communication ability; 6) Provide informed consent and sign the informed consent form. Healthy adults: 1) No history of stroke confirmed by neurological examination;2)Kubota Water Swallowing Test (KWST) grade 1; Aged between 18 and 75 years;3)Fully conscious; 4)Capable of normal verbal communication; 5)Provided informed consent and signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post-stroke dysphagia patients: 1) Concurrent other central nervous system diseases that affect swallowing function, such as brain tumor, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.; 2) Dysphagia caused by non-stroke factors, such as pharyngolaryngeal tumors, esophageal diseases, oral and maxillofacial deformities, myasthenia gravis, etc.; 3) Presence of severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, coagulation disorders, infectious diseases (e.g., pneumonia, sepsis), or other complications that preclude tolerance of the intervention or assessments; 4) Contraindications to EEG testing, making EEG signal acquisition impossible; 5) Presence of severe atrophy, deformity, or peripheral neuropathy of swallowing-related muscles, making sEMG signal acquisition impossible. Healthy adults: 1)Patients with severe complications, such as cardiopulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction, and infectious diseases (e.g., pneumonia, sepsis), who are unable to tolerate the intervention and assessments; 2)Patients with contraindications for EEG testing, such as skull defects, intracranial implants (excluding pacemakers), or metallic foreign bodies, which preclude EEG signal acquisition.
