Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents aged 12–18 years. Meet the diagnostic criteria of both Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Stable refractive error status: Myopia, hyperopia, or astigmatism has been stable for =6 months, and the change in diopter within the past 3 months does not exceed 0.50 D. Disease duration requirement: Clearly diagnosed symptoms of visual fatigue have persisted for =1 month. No use of any medications for treating visual fatigue (such as artificial tears, cycloplegics, etc.) within the past week. The patient and their guardian have given informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with organic eye diseases such as glaucoma, keratitis, iridocyclitis, retinal detachment, etc.; Those with a history of cervical spine trauma, surgery, or a diagnosis of cervical spondylosis; High refractive error: Spherical equivalent exceeding -6.00 D (high myopia) or +5.00 D (high hyperopia), or astigmatism exceeding -2.50 D; Anisometropia: A difference in spherical equivalent between the two eyes of = 2.50 D; Recent ocular surgery history: Any eye surgery (such as refractive surgery) within the past 6 months; Those allergic to medical adhesive tape or cowherb seeds (Semen Vaccariae); Those concurrently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the results of this study.
