Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range: 17 - 80; 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria of both traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 3) The time from onset to seeking medical treatment is less than 48 hours; 4) Has primary diseases such as infections in the respiratory, digestive, and urinary systems; 5) The patient or their family has given informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction or severe cardiovascular diseases; 2) Patients who died within 48 hours of admission; 3) Patients with lung damage caused by other non-sepsis factors, such as trauma, paraquat, other severe conditions, etc.; 4) Patients who cannot cooperate with treatment; 5) Pregnant and lactating women.
