20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are 20 to 45 years old, planning to become pregnant 2. According to the international POSEIDON criteria for the diagnosis of DOR: AMH < 1.2 ng/mL or bilateral total AFC < 5 follicles 3. Individuals who are not participating in other research projects currently or 3 months before the intervention 4. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are during pregnant, lactation or menopause 2. DOR caused by definite genetic factors 3. Individuals with a history of ovarian-related diseases or ovarian surgical treatment 4. FSH level exceeds 25 IU/L in at least two separate blood tests 5. Patients with cancer, post-bone marrow transplantation, or prior radiotherapy and chemotherapy within 5 years 6. Individuals who need regular medication to treat chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, gout, hyperuricemia, etc. 7. Individuals who currently receiving weight-loss drugs or surgery or within the past 2 months 8. Use of medications that affect hormone levels, appetite, carbohydrate absorption, and metabolism within the past 2 months 9. Individuals with severe liver diseases or kidney disease that are ineligible to participate in the study 10. Medical history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases 11. Individuals who currently suffer from severe gastrointestinal diseases or undergo gastrointestinal resection that may affect nutrient absorption 12. History of excessive alcohol intake and tobacco use 13. Individuals who need drug treatment for any mental illness such as epilepsy and depression 14. Individuals who suffer from infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, active tuberculosis, AIDS, etc.
