Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Female patients aged 20-40 years with premature ovarian insufficiency (Premature Ovarian Insufficiency) who have fertility needs. (2) Patients who have not received other Premature Ovarian Insufficiency treatments recently (excluding ovulation induction and egg retrieval for assisted reproduction). (3) Patients who voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated by other serious internal or surgical diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, hepatic or renal insufficiency, malignant tumors, etc. (2) Infertile patients due to spousal reproductive disorders. (3) Patients with organic lesions in the uterine and adnexal regions. (4) Patients with psychiatric disorders who are unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up. (5) Patients who have recently participated in other clinical trials. (6) Patients who are intolerant or allergic to acupuncture and moxibustion.
