The control group :Based on the Surviving Sepsis Campaign: International Guidelines for Management of Sepsis and Septic Shock 2021 and the 2012 European Society of Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM) Cons
2) Stabilization of the internal environment and improvement of tissue perfusion and oxygenation
3) Early initiation of enteral nutrition
4) Symptomatic management (gastrointestinal decompression, antiemetic therapy, etc.)
5) Maintenance of the intestinal microecological environment, etc.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Compliance with the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis 3.0. AGI grade of =1. Patients aged =18 years of any sex. Patients who have been informed and have signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients intolerant to acupuncture. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. Patients with a history of severe gastrointestinal diseases: such as severe peptic ulcer bleeding gastrointestinal surgery or trauma within the past 2 years or incomplete gastrointestinal anatomy.
