Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Female university students currently enrolled in full-time programs, aged 18-22 years; 2. No regular history of physical exercise in the past 6 months (engaging in exercise less than once per week, with each session lasting no more than 30 minutes); 3. No background in square dancing, professional dance, or competitive sports training (training duration = 3 months); 4. Passed pre-exercise health screening, with no history of pulmonary diseases, congenital heart disease, musculoskeletal system diseases or injuries, hypertension, asthma, epilepsy, etc., and no fractures, muscle strains, or acute infections in the past 6 months; 5. Normal cognitive function, able to fully understand the study requirements, and capable of completing personal exercise records and related interviews; 6. Voluntarily participating in this study, fully aware of the study's objectives, intervention process, and potential risks, and committed to adhering to the rules for joining and withdrawing from the study, with a signed written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: - History of congenital heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, or other chronic diseases, or history of mental illness, or currently undergoing related treatment; - Planning to participate in other extracurricular sports training, dance training, or regular moderate-intensity or higher physical activities during the intervention period; - Unable to fully participate in the intervention or testing (e.g., transferring schools, taking a leave of absence, or long-term absences during the intervention period); - Actual attendance during the intervention <85%, or insufficient tolerance, assessed as unable to complete the intervention activities; - Use of medications affecting metabolism, heart rate, etc., or having habits such as smoking, excessive drinking, staying up late, or binge eating that negatively impact physical condition indicators during the intervention period; - Upon re-evaluation, not meeting any of the above inclusion criteria.
