Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for insomnia as defined in the "International Classification of Sleep Disorders, 3rd Edition (ICSD-3)". 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for primary hypertension as stipulated in the "Chinese Hypertension Prevention and Control Guidelines (Revised Edition 2018)". 3) Age range: 30 - 60 years old. 4) No use of hypnotic drugs within 2 weeks prior to enrollment. 5) Signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with sleep disorders caused by severe psychiatric disorders, such as obvious depression or anxiety; 2. Patients with sleep disorders caused by chemical substances, including medication use or substance abuse; 3. Patients with severe respiratory, circulatory, or endocrine diseases, or hepatic or renal dysfunction; 4. Women who are planning pregnancy, pregnant, or breastfeeding; 5. Night-shift workers or patients with severely irregular sleep–wake rhythms who are unable to cooperate with adjustment; 6. Patients who are intolerant to estazolam or auricular acupressure intervention; 7. Patients with cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with the assessments.
