18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18–75 years; 2) Meet the classification criteria established by the 2010 ACR/EULAR; 3) Meet the criteria for active disease based on DAS28 score (DAS28 = 2.6); 4) No treatment with biological agents or JAK inhibitors within 4 weeks prior to enrollment, or currently receiving methotrexate/celecoxib with stable dosage for at least 4 weeks; 5) Understand the study content and purpose, voluntarily sign the informed consent form, and be willing to actively cooperate with acupuncture treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2) Overlap with other autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren's syndrome, autoimmune liver disease, etc.; 3) Complicated with severe diseases involving the cardiovascular, pulmonary, liver, kidney, hematopoietic systems, or malignant tumors; 4) History of previous vagus nerve surgery; 5) Presence of implantable or portable electromechanical medical devices, such as pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, etc.; 6) Clinical history of syncope or epilepsy/seizures.
