Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 3.2.1 Patients with coronary heart disease (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease, with coronary angiography or coronary CTA showing stenosis of at least one coronary artery =50%; (2) Age 18-80 years; (3) Signed informed consent. 3.3.2 Healthy volunteers (1) Individuals who have been excluded from coronary heart disease through medical history inquiry, physical examination, ECG, chest X-ray, and coronary CTA; (2) Age 18-80 years; (3) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 3.2.1 Patients with Coronary Heart Disease (1) Severe infection; (2) Combined with type 1 diabetes, grade 3 hypertension, severe valvular heart disease, severe heart failure (LVEF = 30%); (3) Combined with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; (4) Major surgery within the past month; (5) Cerebrovascular events within the past 3 months; (6) Recent history of major bleeding or heparin-induced thrombocytopenia; (7) Patients with severe mental illness, malignant tumors, or autoimmune diseases; (8) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (9) Individuals without reading ability (illiteracy, visual impairment, intellectual disability, impaired consciousness, etc.); (10) Patients estimated to have poor compliance. 3.3.2 Healthy Volunteers (1) Participants in any drug clinical trial within the past 3 months; (2) History of chronic diseases in systems such as cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, urinary, nervous, oncology, hematology, immunology, or psychiatry, and considered to have clinical significance by the investigator; (3) History of infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, AIDS, or syphilis; (4) Major surgery within the past month; (5) Abnormal results in routine health examinations within the past 6 months, including but not limited to complete blood count, urinalysis, liver and kidney function tests, chest X-ray, etc.; (6) Heavy drinkers or those who frequently consumed alcohol in the past 6 months, with weekly alcohol intake exceeding 14 units (1 unit = 360 mL of beer or 45 mL of alcohol with 40% alcohol content or 150 mL of wine); (7) Heavy smokers or those who frequently smoked in the past 6 months, with weekly cigarette consumption exceeding 20 cigarettes; (8) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (9) Individuals without reading ability (illiteracy, visual impairment, intellectual disability, impaired consciousness, etc.); (10) Participants estimated to have poor compliance.
