Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment who meet the following criteria may be included in the study:Patients diagnosed with stroke according to the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular diseases in the "Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2019";Confirmed as stroke by cranial CT or MRI; Within 3 to 6 months after the first ischemic stroke; No severe motor impairment, able to cooperate in completing the assessment; Age between 18 and 75 years, inclusive;Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score <27, able to understand and cooperate in completing the experiment;Assessed as right-handed by the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory;Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with a history of brain-related diseases affecting cognitive function; Those with a history of diseases affecting mobility, such as fracture history, brain injury history, or limb pain; Those with other neurological diseases (e.g., dementia, epilepsy), severe mental illnesses, or metal implants (affecting fNIRS); Those currently taking medications that affect cognitive function; Those with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, or other systemic diseases, malignant tumors, or epilepsy; Those who are unwilling or unable to complete the assessment; Pregnant individuals requiring pregnancy-related examinations; Those who have recently undergone acupuncture or neuro therapy.
