Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for the disease; 2) Age between 10 and 16 years, regardless of gender; 3) X-ray screening showing a Cobb angle between 10° and 45°; 4) Signed informed consent and voluntary participation in the study; 5) Risser sign 0-IV. Participants must meet all the above criteria to be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe scoliosis of the spine, including congenital, neuromuscular, neurofibromatous, mesenchymal, and traumatic types; individuals suspected or confirmed to have tumors in the lumbar vertebrae, soft tissues, or intraspinal regions; those with severe skin damage, bleeding, or dermatological conditions at the spinal site; individuals who exercise =3 times per week for =30 minutes each session; those with a true leg length discrepancy of more than 2 cm between both lower limbs; individuals with a body mass index (BMI) >25 kg/m²; and those currently participating in other clinical trials. Individuals meeting any of the above criteria will be excluded.
