Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria; 2) Age range: 18 to 75 years old; 3) Duration of the disease: more than (or equal to) 3 months; 4) Treatment plan: non-surgical comprehensive therapy; 5) If other conservative treatments have been received, an elapse period of = 5 days is required; 6) VAS score = 7 points; 7) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form, cooperating with the follow-up personnel.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with combined cervical tumors, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis or severe osteoporosis; 2) Those with suspected spinal injuries accompanied by spinal cord injuries; 3) Patients with developmental spinal canal stenosis (spinal canal ratio < 0.75, spinal canal sagittal diameter / vertebral body sagittal diameter); 4) Patients with severe skin injuries or skin diseases in the treatment area; 5) Patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy or other types of cervical diseases; 6) Patients with severe heart, lung, brain or blood system diseases; 7) Patients who have undergone cervical surgery or have cervical deformities; 8) Pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding women.
