20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients aged 20 to 40 years old; 2. Confirmed as AGA through clinical presentation and hair microscopy; 3. Hamilton-Norwood classification: III vertex, grade IV; 4. TCM differential diagnosis: damp-heat syndrome; 5. No AGA-related treatments in the past 3 months; 6. Able to adhere to medication and follow-up, and willing to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with allergies to the study drug or its components, or those unable to tolerate related therapies; 2. Individuals with other hair diseases; 3. Individuals with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 4. Individuals who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months; 5. Individuals who have used any systemic antibiotics, probiotic formulations, prebiotic supplements, immunosuppressants, or other lipid-lowering drugs affecting bile acid metabolism within the past 3 months.
