Nonspecific chronic neck pain

Interventions

Yi Jin Jing Group:Protocols based on 'Tuina Exercise Science' and prior research, including preparatory posture, third Wei Tuo presenting the pestle posture, star-grasping posture, nine ghosts pulling
Conventional Exercise Therapy Group:McKenzie therapy (neck retraction, rotation, lateral flexion) combined with cervicothoracic scapular stabilization training. 30 minutes/session: 1 supervised weekly

20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet chronic non-specific neck pain criteria: NDI=10, NRS=3 and =8; (2) Age 20-50, any gender; (3) Willing to participate and sign informed consent; (4) Mentally clear, able to understand and complete assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical surgery/trauma history; 2.Neck pain from organic cervical diseases (e.g., radiculopathy, myelopathy);3. Pregnancy/lactation; 4. Suspected cervical/spinal infection, tumor, or fracture; 5.Use of outcome-affecting medications (psychotropics, steroids, immunosuppressants); 6.Participation in other trials within 3 months;7.Cognitive/other impairments preventing completion of interventions/assessments.
