Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the modern medical diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (KOA) with Kellgren-Lawrence (KL) grade = III; 2. Conform to the diagnostic criteria for Mongolian medicine cold-type knee Xilawusu disease; 3. Age of participants ranges from 50 to 70 years old; 4. No knee-related medications or physical therapy received within one month before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with local knee diseases such as septic arthritis of the knee, knee tumor, traumatic synovitis of the knee or knee tuberculosis; 2. Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or immune system diseases; 3. Suffering from mental illness and unable to complete scale evaluation; 4. Having participated in other clinical trials within one month before admission; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Persons with no capacity for civil conduct.
