50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age between 50 and 80 years old; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for MCI; 3) MoCA score < 26 points; 4) Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score: illiterates =21 points, primary school =24 points, junior high school and above =27 points; 5) Be able to communicate in Chinese, with at least 9 years of education, be able to use a smartphone independently, and have a personal WeChat account and electronic devices; 6) Provide informed consent and be able to cooperate to complete the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, etc. 2) Severe neurological diseases, severe auditory or visual impairments that prevent completion of neuropsychological examinations; 3) Co-occurring diagnoses of other psychiatric disorders, such as mood disorders; 4) Participation in other interventional clinical studies; 5) Taking cognitive enhancers or have discontinued them for less than 3 months; 6) Engaging in regular systematic physical exercise or cognitive training for a long period.
