Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria; diagnosed with primary hypertension and the condition is stable (no acute attacks in the past 3 months); (2) Age 60-80 years old; (3) Normal cognitive function (MMSE score = 24 points), able to cooperate with the intervention process; (4) Informed about the trial and voluntarily participating, and has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary hypertension, rapidly progressive hypertension; (2) Complicated with severe diseases such as failure of important organs; (3) Have cognitive impairment and physical disabilities, have communication disorders and are unable to cooperate; (4) Patients who engage in regular exercise (continuously for 10 weeks, more than 3 times per week, 30 minutes per session). Note: Exclusion if any one of the conditions is met.
