Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertensive nephropathy in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (2024 Revision);2) Be aware of their own disease and aged 18 years or older;3) Meet the CKD staging criteria in the KDIGO 2024 Clinical Practice Guideline (with glomerular filtration rate ranging from 30 to 60 mL/min/1.73m²);4) The patient and their family members are informed of the trial and willing to sign the informed consent form;5) Have good verbal expression and communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Complicated with other types of diseases; 2) Patients undergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis; 3) Those who fail to answer earnestly during the interview; 4) Those who are participating in other clinical studies.
