Based on the Wagner grading diagnosis in the baseline data collection during enrollment, participants are categorized into Group 0, Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, Group 4, and Group 5.:I am observing.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the Wagner 0-5 grade diabetic foot diagnosis criteria; 2. Age 18-70 years, gender unrestricted; 3. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclude ulcer patients with ulcers not related to DF; (2) Diabetes with acute complications such as ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar coma; (3) Ankle-brachial index (ABI) 1.3; (4) Coexisting conditions such as Raynaud's disease or thromboangiitis obliterans (other limb ischemic diseases); (5) Patients with other severe conditions (e.g., malignant tumors, cirrhosis) leading to insufficient life expectancy; (6) Pregnant, breastfeeding, or women preparing for pregnancy; (7) Patients with psychological or cognitive impairments unable to comply with follow-up and research requirements.
