18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients receiving pelvic radiotherapy for malignant tumors; expected survival period greater than 6 months; Karnofsky Performance Status score greater than 70; age between 18 and 80 years, no gender restriction; no severe liver or kidney function impairment; informed consent obtained and informed consent form signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not meet the above inclusion criteria;Patients with severe infection, severe electrolyte disturbance, intracranial metastasis, gastrointestinal obstruction, active ulcer, or obvious bleeding tendency;Patients with Crohn's disease, non-specific ulcerative colitis or other gastrointestinal diseases, or cancer recurrence;Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months;Patients allergic to the study medication;Patients who discontinue the trial due to severe adverse reactions.
