Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with obese PCOS; 2) Age between 20-40; 3) The TCM syndrome type belongs to phlegm dampness obstruction 4) No preparation for pregnancy in the past 3 months 5) No mental or neurological disorders 6) The person who signed the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for obesity: According to the Chinese Guidelines for Medical Nutritional Treatment of Overweight/Obesity (2021), Body Mass Index (BMI)=Weight (kg)/[Height (m)] 2. Among them, the BMI of the enrolled patients is = 28kg/m2. Central obesity: Female waist circumference greater than or equal to 85cm. Inclusion criteria for PCOS: According to the diagnostic criteria for PCOS in China in 2011, infrequent menstruation, amenorrhea, or irregular uterine bleeding are necessary conditions for diagnosis. Additionally, meet one of the following two criteria: 1) Clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenism or hyperandrogenism. 2) Under ultrasound, it appears as PCOM; 2) Diagnosed with PCOS: After meeting the above suspected PCOS diagnostic criteria and excluding other diseases that may cause hyperandrogenism and ovulation abnormalities, the diagnosis can be made. All enrolled patients were diagnosed with PCOS. Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine: Select phlegm dampness blocking type according to the "Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine Drugs" and "Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine" (7th edition). Phlegm dampness obstruction: The main symptoms include 1) delayed menstruation, gradually approaching amenorrhea 2) excessive vaginal discharge 3) often with plump body and dense hair. Secondary symptoms: 1) Long term marriage leading to infertility 2) Chest tightness and worsening symptoms, fatigue and heavy limbs 3) White and greasy coating, smooth pulse Standard: Having 3 main symptoms or 2 main symptoms plus 2 secondary symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with hydrosalpinx, infertility caused by endometriosis, premature ovarian failure, poor ovarian response, or other factors that may affect follicular development; 2) Abnormal semen routine of the male partner; 3) Chromosomal abnormalities in one or both spouses; 4) Accompanied by endocrine disorders such as pituitary gland, thyroid gland, or adrenal gland; 5) Abnormal liver and kidney function.
