Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for DOR; (2) Female, aged 18 = age = 40 years (this age range is set considering the impact of age on ovarian function and the homogeneity of the study); (3) Has not received traditional Chinese medicine treatment targeting reduced ovarian reserve (e.g., oral Chinese medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion) or hormone medications affecting ovarian function (e.g., ovulation-inducing drugs, contraceptives) in the past 3 months; (4) Is not concurrently participating in other clinical studies that may influence the results of this study; (5) Is able to understand and comply with the treatment plan, examination arrangements, etc., and voluntarily signs the informed consent form; (6) Has no pregnancy plans in the past 3 months. Note: Only participants who meet all of the above 6 criteria are eligible for inclusion in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Those with severe internal medical conditions, such as diseases of the brain, liver, heart, kidneys, or blood system; (3) Those with organic lesions in other organs, such as breast cancer, lung cancer, etc.; (4) Those who have used sexual hormones or other treatments that may affect the interpretation of experimental results within the past 3 months; (5) Those with medical factors such as ovarianectomy or radiochemotherapy; (6) Those with chromosomal abnormalities or allergic constitutions; (7) Those who cannot adhere to or tolerate acupuncture treatment; (8) Those with primary or secondary amenorrhea; (9) Those who do not follow medical advice, have incomplete data, or fail to undergo timely examinations, thereby affecting the interpretation of experimental results due to poor compliance. Note: Any participant who meets any of the above criteria should be excluded.
