Observation Group:The use of compound cypress liquid application of wet compresses for 15 minutes then spray skin protection film paste the leakage prevention sticker ring
Control Group:stoma powder combined with skin protection film and leak-proof adhesive ring

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with colostomies (aged 18 years or older, diagnosed with peristomal irritant dermatitis after surgery); 2 Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; 3 No cognitive impairments, with normal language communication abilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with tumor cachexia, severe hematological diseases, severe allergic constitution, or systemic immunological diseases that affect wound healing; 2 Patients with peristomal skin complications combined with allergic dermatitis, psoriasis, or other skin conditions; 3 Patients currently participating in other interventional research studies; 4 Pregnant women.
