Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of endometriosis through clinical symptoms, gynecological physical examination, and auxiliary examination findings, which meets the  "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Endometriosis (Third Edition)" and traditional Chinese medicine criteria Premenopausal women aged between 20 and 48 years old Those with regular menstrual cycles (21-35 days),the duration of each menstrual period is within 7 days. Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)  score >=4/10 point Have not received hormonal drug treatment within the past 3 months and have not taken painkillers within the past 2 weeks. The results of routine blood test, routine urine test, routine stool test, liver and kidney function tests, and electrocardiogram are normal.  Willingly provide written informed consent to participate in the study and agree to abide by the study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria:  Chronic pelvic pain not caused by endometriosis: such as ovarian diseases, pelvic inflammatory disease, adenomyosis, uterine fibroids, and primary dysmenorrhea. Those who are allergic to the relevant ingredients of Kangfuyan Capsules  Those combined with severe cardiac insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency, and renal insufficiency, which affects the drug metabolism and tolerance. Imaging findings or serum CA125 suggest the possibility of malignant transformation of endometriosis. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women and Women preparing for pregnancy Those who suffer from mental illnesses or cognitive impairments are unable to communicate normally and complete the study
