Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Compliance with the International Diagnostic Criteria for WD ( Leipzig Criteria / 2015 EASL Guidelines ) The age ranged from 8 to35 years. Can cooperate with the completion of TCM body mass table and clinical testing Signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, other hereditary metabolic diseases The use of hormones, immunosuppressants, drugs affecting glucose metabolism in the past 3 months. Severe liver failure, renal failure, mental illness can not cooperate. TCM constitution determination data is not complete Pregnant or Lactating women
