Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for laparoscopic and pathological examination of ovarian-type endometriosis (EMs); (2) First laparoscopic conservative surgery, with surgical staging classified as ASRM stage III to IV; (3) Meets the diagnostic criteria for the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis; (4) Aged between 18 and 40 years, with regular menstrual cycles; (5) Voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy within the next 6 months; (2) Individuals with known allergies to the components of this medication or adverse reactions to it; (3) Patients with concurrent adenomyosis, uterine fibroids (diameter >4cm), pelvic inflammatory masses, or pelvic malignant tumors; (4) Individuals who have taken Western medicine or Chinese medicine with similar functions for the treatment of endometriosis within the past 3 months, such as dydrogesterone, drospirenone, gestrinone, Shaofu Zhuyu granules, or Guizhi Fuling capsules; (5) Patients with concurrent cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, endocrine, hematological system diseases, malignant tumors, or neurological or psychiatric disorders; (6) Individuals who refuse to sign the informed consent.
