Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 25; full-time college student; not diagnosed with any physical or mental illness; no contraindications for exercise; and not having participated in systematic Tai Chi or similar physical and mental exercise training in the past six months; voluntarily participating and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Currently participating in the system's physical exercise program; currently or planning to use psychotropic drugs; having musculoskeletal or other diseases that affect physical activity; and unwilling to participate in Tai Chi activities or unable to ensure participation.
