Interventions

1.Control group
:Did not receive any structured exercise intervention and maintained daily activities and living habits for 12 weeks.
2.Brisk walking group :Perform brisk walking on the designated flat track in the campus, maintaining an upright posture with head up and chest out, and increasing the swing of the arms to enhance ener
3.Zhuang guided exercise group :Carry out the standardized He Xu Le movements issued by the Guangxi Zhuang Medicine Administration. These movements are derived from the classic postures in the Huashan
in the second week, standardize the movement patterns
in the third to twelfth weeks, achieve automatic execution of the movements and coordinate with abdominal breathing (smooth, natural, slow, delicate, with the mind focused in the lower abdomen).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) PSQI global score = 8 2) Full-time female university student 3) No regular exercise habit in the past 6 months (less than 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week) 4) Voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Maintaining systematic exercise routine; 2) Undergoing psychological intervention; 3) Taking sleep medications or antipsychotic drugs; 4) Diagnosed with severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, or psychiatric disorders.
