Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic ankle sprain, with a Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain score = 6 points (mild to moderate pain);2) Aged 18 to 60 years, regardless of gender;3) No use of analgesic drugs, local block therapy or other interventions within 24 hours before enrollment;4) With normal cognitive function, able to cooperate with the study, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Surgical ankle injuries confirmed by imaging (e.g., displaced fracture, complete rupture of the anterior talofibular ligament, or failure of conservative treatment for 3 months);2) Complicated with severe systemic diseases (cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hepatic and renal insufficiency, hematological diseases, mental illnesses);3) Impaired integrity of ankle skin (ulcer, scar hyperplasia, vascular malformation or active infection);4) Pregnant or lactating women;5) Known allergy to the components of the fumigation and washing formula or allergic constitution.
