Ultra–low-dose control group:Conventional Western medical therapy plus a placebo of Suxiao Jiuxin Pill

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction :1) to meet the diagnostic criteria of non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction; 2) The time from onset to enrollment was within 3 weeks ; 3) No thrombolysis or interventional therapy was performed according to the routine diagnosis and treatment, condition or patient 's wishes before enrollment. 4) 4 18 years old = age = 80. 2. Inclusion criteria of ischemic cardiomyopathy:1) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of ischemic cardiomyopathy ; 2) NYHA grade II-IV ; 3) patients who need to be hospitalized due to decompensated heart failure ; 4) 18 years old = age = 80.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria of non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction: 1) Acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, 2) combined with acute heart failure, acute myocarditis, pericardial disease, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy and other diseases, 3) There was a history of persistent supraventricular tachycardia or bradycardia, 4) combined with systemic diseases, tumors, thyroid or parathyroid dysfunction and other endocrine diseases, 5) acute and chronic lung diseases, pulmonary heart disease, 6) with severe infection, moderate or severe liver and kidney dysfunction, active cerebrovascular disease, blood system diseases, 7) there is a history of exposure to cardiotoxic substances, such as cardiotoxic anti-tumor drugs, antidepressants, heavy metals, and inappropriate excessive radiation exposure. 2. Exclusion criteria of ischemic cardiomyopathy: 1) The main causes of heart failure were primary valvular heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, pulmonary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, pericardial disease, arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, drug (radiotherapy, chemotherapy drugs, etc. ) induced heart disease, immune system associated cardiomyopathy, constrictive pericarditis, stress heart disease, ventricular septal perforation, papillary muscle rupture or dysfunction, 2) acute myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock, 3) combined with uncontrollable thyroid disease, malignant tumor, immune system disease, leukemia, lymphoma, etc, 4) severe liver dysfunction or severe renal dysfunction, 5) pregnant or lactating women ; 6) Left ventricular assist device was implanted or heart transplantation was performed.
