Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria of Western medicine; (2) Age range: 18 to 80 years old; (3) Penn spasticity frequency and Cohen spasticity degree are all at grades I to III; (4) Within the past 1 week, no other related treatments have been received; (5) Signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe diseases such as serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders, blood diseases, liver and kidney damage, and malignant tumors; (2) Secondary facial muscle spasms caused by diseases such as trauma, tumors, or surgeries; (3) Those who cannot cooperate with the treatment due to cognitive impairment and mental disorders; (4) Those who have received treatments that affect the determination of therapeutic efficacy before the study; (5) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) Those who have previously received treatments such as carbamazepine, microvascular decompression surgery (MVD), or botulinum toxin injections.
