Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study 1 1. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Subjects 1.1 Age = 18 and = 55 years; 1.2 In good general health, with no prior history of psychological or psychiatric disorders; 1.3 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score = 7; 1.4 Right-handed; 1.5 Able to understand and complete the outcome measures of this study, and voluntarily signed the informed consent form. 2. Inclusion Criteria for Subjects with Mild Depressive Disorder 2.1 Met the diagnostic criteria for a first-episode mild depressive episode, and had not received systematic or standardized treatment; 2.2 HAMD-17 score = 8 and = 17; 2.3 Age = 18 and = 55 years; 2.4 Right-handed; 2.5 Able to understand and complete the outcome measures of this study, and voluntarily signed the informed consent form. Study 2 Inclusion Criteria for Subjects with Mild Depressive Disorder The inclusion criteria for subjects with mild depressive disorder are identical to those in "Study 1."
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Study 1 Exclusion Criteria 1. Organic mental disorders, or depression associated with psychoactive substances and non-addictive substances; 2. A family history of other psychiatric disorders, such as dementia, schizophrenia, mania, or addiction; 3. Women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or lactating; 4. Concomitant skin lesions or skin diseases, severe diabetes, tumors, or severe medical conditions affecting the cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, or hematopoietic systems; 5. A history of self-harm, suicidal ideation, or suicide attempts; 6. Irregular or inverted circadian rhythms (day-night sleep patterns) that prevent the completion of daily emotion measurements required for this study. Study 2 Exclusion Criteria The exclusion criteria are identical to those in "Study 1."
