35 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Meeting the diagnostic criteria for menopause; 2)Female subjects aged 35 to 60 years; 3)Subjects with natural menopause or menopause caused by POI for more than one year; 4)Those who have signed the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with severe chronic respiratory diseases, digestive diseases, renal diseases, hematological diseases, neurological diseases, malignant tumors and other related disorders. 2)Patients with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus or coronary heart disease, or those currently taking antihypertensive, lipid-lowering or hypoglycemic drugs. 3)Patients complicated with carotid artery stenosis, transient ischemic attack, acute stroke or peripheral vascular diseases. 4)Patients participating in other clinical trials. 5)Patients who are unwilling to cooperate with follow-up visits.
