Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =65 years, both genders; 2.Diagnosed with new proximal femoral fracture (including femoral neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, etc.) and receiving hip replacement or internal fixation surgery; 3.Able to walk independently or with assistance before the fracture (basic independent walking function before fracture); 4.Postoperative general condition stable, vital signs stable, no severe complications or medical contraindications to ambulation; 5.Conscious, without severe communication disorders, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score =24; 6.Preoperative Barthel Index =60; 7.igned informed consent by the patient or legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe disability of both lower limbs or other diseases affecting ambulation; 2.Local infection, breakage of the auricle, or allergy to tape/metal; 3.Severe balance dysfunction; 4.Use of special analgesic regimens postoperatively; 5.Severe mental illness or postoperative delirium; 6.Previous re-fracture of the same hip with prior replacement; 7.Planned transfer or discharge within 48 hours after surgery.
