Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with chronic heart failure in the outpatient or inpatient setting, with diagnostic criteria referring to the 2024 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure issued by the Chinese Society of Cardiology. 2.Patients who are informed about the study and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BNP < 100 ng/L or NT-proBNP < 400 ng/L as the maximum values for CHF diagnostic indicators 2.Concomitant with advanced chronic kidney disease, malignant tumors, hematologic disorders, or other serious comorbiditie 3.History of cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders.
