Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for patients with angina pectoris or stroke; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome simultaneously; 3) Aged between 18 and 80. 4) I have not taken antibiotics, steroids or other hormones, Chinese herbal preparations (including oral and intravenous administration), probiotic preparations, or yogurt or other probiotics in the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe lesions in major organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys, as well as in the hematopoietic system, nervous system, or mental illnesses; 2) Patients with other organic lesions of the digestive system (such as peptic ulcer), or systemic diseases affecting the motility of the digestive tract (such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes); 3) Individuals who are currently taking or require continuous use of medications that may affect gastrointestinal function (such as antidiarrheal agents, antidepressants, anxiolytics, gut microbiota modulators, antibiotics, etc.); 4) Individuals with a history of allergy to relevant drugs used in the study and severe food allergies.
