Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who plan to use semaglutide and are eligible to use semaglutide for treatment Attached: Semaglutide use standards: a. Adults with type 2 diabetes who are still poorly controlled on the basis of metformin and/or sulfonylureas on the basis of diet control and exercise. b. Patients who reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (cardiovascular death non-fatal myocardial infarction or non-fatal stroke) in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus with cardiovascular disease. Contraindications to semaglutide: a. Those who are allergic to the active ingredient of the drug or any excipient in this product. b. Personal past medical history or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or patients with type 2 multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome. (2) Age 18~70 years old gender is not limited; (3) Those with normal routine electrocardiogram examination before enrollment; (4) Subjects with informed consent and voluntary cooperation with the investigator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1). Other types of diabetes other than T2DM such as adult occult immune diabetes type 1 diabetes etc.; (2). Patients with acute complications of diabetes such as diabetic ketoacidosis lactic acidosis hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state; or acute infection and other patients with severe acute lesions; (3). Those who are allergic to the ingredients of Chinese medicine in this formula; (4) Exclude patients with secondary obesity caused by other diseases; (5). Those who have used other weight loss drugs within 3 months before enrollment; (6). Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Malignant tumors serious abnormalities of heart kidney and liver function; (8) Combined with gastric ulcer and other gastrointestinal diseases; (9). Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria.
