Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 40~85 years; (2) Primary disease is AECOPD, and the patient meets the criteria for invasive mechanical ventilation due to AECOPD; (3) Duration of invasive mechanical ventilation = 48 hours, and the type of invasive mechanical ventilation is orotracheal intubation; (4) Extubation after passing a spontaneous breathing trial (SBT); (5) The patient is conscious and assessed as meeting the initiation criteria for sitting and lying "Liuzi jue" exercise; (6) Informed consent obtained from the patient and their family members. Patients must meet all the above criteria to be enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with unplanned extubation; (2) Patients with suspected or confirmed limb dysfunction or respiratory muscle weakness, such as myasthenia gravis, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, etc.; (3) Patients with severe chronic organ dysfunction involving the liver, kidney, brain, etc., or those who have experienced acute cardiovascular events (e.g., myocardial infarction, aortic dissection, severe arrhythmias); (4) Patients with limited postural management who are unable to adopt a semi-recumbent or sitting position to perform sitting and lying "Liuzi jue" exercise; (5) Patients currently participating in other clinical intervention trials. Patients meeting any of the above criteria will be excluded.
